Our largest suite with cathedral ceilings and private entry. This suite is located on the top floor of the Victorian House and has nice views on the Fernald Mansion/Trussell-Winchester Adobe park. Amenities include, 4 extra long twin beds with storage drawers and extra long mattress, 4 desks with chairs, 1 closet and 3 wardrobes, dressers, en-suite private bathroom with shower/tub combination, flat-screen TV with cable service, Wi-Fi internet and mini refrigerator. This spacious room also features a sitting area with couch and chairs.

*All Rates are per person, for individual bed space in a shared residence room. Rates include Breakfasts, Evening Meals, Wi-Fi Internet, Cable TV, Trash & Utilities, and membership to local Gym
**The Reservation Deposit/Down Payment of $2,500.00 is required at signing of Lease Agreement upon approval of your application to secure your reservation. A refundable $400.00 Security Deposit is also required on move-in date for damages and it is refunded at the end of the lease provided that there are no property damages.
